We Provide...
- Skilled caseworkers
- Psychiatric nurse
- Community Reintegration Worker. Residents are required to meet with the Reintegration Worker within the first 30 days of their residency to develop a reintegration plan in collaboration with both the client and his case managment team.
- Community Assessment and Parole Supervision (CAPS). One on-site contract Parole officer.
- Specialized treatment and supervision to mentally ill, disabled and spcial needs offenders.
Other treatment and programming needs can be accessed through various community resources and government agencies.
Referrals...
101 Street Apartments accepts referrals from institutional and community based Parole Officers. Residency is determined by conducting a formal file/review which determines the applicant's suitability for residency.
Residency is determined by reviewing the following:
- Client's attitude and release plan.
- Completed programming and adherence to Correctional Treatment Plan.
- Willingness and availability of treatment within the community.
- Risk/need assessment.
